  Air Brick Installations into 1st Floor Rooms.

  Mark was professional throughout the whole process. He ensured that our needs were clearly identified and then met. Initially, it was quoted as a 1 man, 2 day job. However, he bought 2 colleagues with him (pre-planned change). Mark, Rob & Dylan worked hard and completed the job in 1 morning! All 3 were friendly, courteous and reliable. They arrived early, were conscientious and communicated with me throughout and tidied up after the job was completed. They installed 3 air bricks in to 1st floor rooms of our house. Safety practices were seen to be a priority too.

  Roof Repair & Shower Room Repair

  Mr Belcher & Brae were quickly responsive to our initial request. They were flexible around the jobs (they were asked to quote for 2 different jobs and were awarded both jobs). Brae has been communicative throughout. When he and his Dad came to repair the roof, they worked solidly and were professional and conscientious. They finished the task ahead of time and tidied up at the end of the day. The 2nd job is still underway and delays are due to drying timescales. However, Joey (Brae's colleague), has been equally professional and communicative. We would happily recommend this company.

  Conducted an independent damp survey.

  Aran & Jake were friendly & professional throughout. Jake undertook the survey and was very thorough. He explained things as he went through the inspection and produced a report quickly. Following receipt, I had to seek further details from him in order to ensure that I could commission a Contractor with the requisite knowledge & skills. Jake took extra time to discuss specific details and clarify issues for me. I was very pleased with Damp Surveyors Ltd service and aftercare.
