    Laying new wooden flooring in three bedrooms and a landing

    Mike was great - he did a fantastic job, and he pays attention to detail. He wants the outcome to be precise and good - and it was. We love the new flooring we have, and he worked in difficult circumstances given that we had to move furniture around. I would recommend him as a dedicated craftsman and worker.

    Quoting for stair treads/stair case replacement.

    Regrettably, this contractor failed to attend on two separate occasions. The first absence was excused, despite his decision that a 25-minute drive was excessive to provide a quotation. Subsequently, we mutually agreed via telephone that he would visit today to submit a quotation prior to 4 p.m. However, we received no communication from him, and he did not attend as scheduled. The reliability of this firm is extremely poor, and I cannot recommend their services.

With many happy and returning customers over the last 30 years, you can be sure of being well looked after. My aim is to provide a stress free project, delivered in a manner that I am confident will exceed your expectations. I carry out all work myself and will be your single point of contact. My customers appreciate that I work quickly, tidily and always arrive on time- allowing projects to be delivered without disrupting your schedule.
