Michael came round to give me a quote and was very easy to talk to and clearly knew his trade. The quote arrived promptly and he was able to start the job in a timescale that suited me. The work was carried out to a very high standard and was exactly what I wanted. I needed two interior doors (one a firedoor) with bespoke architrave as well as skirting around the entire room and entrance hall. The materials used were great quality, the work was excellent and the area was left clean and tidy afterwards.

It was the first time Michael has fitted spindles. We had wanted to try ourselves but it was too difficult because we did not have an angle saw and the banister was narroweer at the top compared to the bottom. After a tricky start, Michael got the hang of the system, cut every piece accurately and had all the tools required on his van. He completed the work quickly. I would imagine that he can certainly add staircases and fixing spindles to his credit!

Frame needed some attention after whether damaged caused window to no longer close. Window also needed new hinges after they had rusted and failed over time. MRJ Carpentry did a fantastic job with the repair. Efficient, honest and reasonably priced. Will definitely be using again for future work. Can highly recommend this individual's workmanship.
