  Came very promptly having answered texts quickly....very competently professionally replaced electric shower and explained what was needed. Highly recomend.

  Grant and Andy completed several jobs in one day for me, including removing and fitting a new boiler, removing a leaking water tank and replacing rotting taps. They were prompt in answering my queries through calls / emails in the lead up to the replacement and worked thoroughly to get all the jobs completed. New boiler and taps are both working well. Really helpful team, would use their services again

  Outstanding Service from Start to Finish

  Grant was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He came out promptly to clear a blocked outlet pipe and had everything sorted in no time. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what had caused the blockage, and got straight to work. Not only was he efficient and knowledgeable, but he was also incredibly tidy. After clearing the pipe, he made sure the area was completely cleaned up — you wouldn’t even know there had been a problem in the first place.   Grant from Mr Fix, responded quickly to my query and booked in a visit as soon as he could. He was thorough when he came to sort the job, and kindly explained the work he was doing, in a way that was understandable to a novice. Will be using Mr Fix services again
