Prompt reply to my enquiry. Discussed planned works and advised regarding options of fittings required. Work completed proficiently and competently. Polite and respectful in my home. This is 3rd time I have employed Grant to do work required, can recommend. Will use agin as needed.

The plumber responded quickly to my request to address the problem. He arrived the same day. I wasn't present; it was my mother's home, who is blind. I therefore arranged everything. He kept me informed and dealt with the situation in a professional manner. He sent me photos of each stage. Excellent job carried out.

Came very promptly having answered texts quickly....very competently professionally replaced electric shower and explained what was needed. Highly recomend.

Grant and Andy completed several jobs in one day for me, including removing and fitting a new boiler, removing a leaking water tank and replacing rotting taps. They were prompt in answering my queries through calls / emails in the lead up to the replacement and worked thoroughly to get all the jobs completed. New boiler and taps are both working well.
