  Plastering

  Michael and his son helped us plaster our Lounge and Study, both walls and ceilings. Michael was the highest quote, so we were expecting a premium result. Two days in a row they left without telling me, so the garage door was still wide open. They didn't give me aftercare instructions so I had to Google how to care for plaster. Result was very rough with trowel marks and imperfections. They got called back and sanded the plaster and used filler. Said it's a decorators job. Windows/patio-doors openings not level nor square. Spoke to decorators and they said it's a lot of work to get it good.

  Thank you for your feedback. We understand your disappointment with the plastering outcome. * Departure: We left quietly while you were on a work call to avoid disruption. The garage door was left as found. * Aftercare: We advised applying a miss-coat to the dry plaster, which is standard practice. We also recommended a decorator. * Surface Finish: Plastering adds a thin layer and cannot correct significant imperfections. You declined plasterboarding, which we advised would not cause damp. We strive for client satisfaction. We believe the work was completed professionally, but achieving your desired level of perfection may have been challenging given the existing wall conditions and your preference to avoid plasterboarding. We appreciate your understanding."

  Plastering in bedroom and bathroom

  Michael was great, he popped round to take a look before providing a quote and was able to fit us in a short space of time. He (and I think his son?) arrived on time and worked really hard all day to get the job finished. The quality of work is superb. Thank you Michael!

  I had a lounge door moved along the wall.

  Michael was very professional all the way through the job. When the door was moved, this left a gap on the floor at the threshold of the door. As we had just moved into the property we didn’t have any of the floor tiles that had filled the gap. Michael went and found a near perfect replacement which completed the job brilliantly. We are really happy with Michael’s work and would definitely use him again.

  Removing and Replacing Walls. Plastering and Making Good.

  We cannot praise the workmanship enough! The bungalow was old and had been empty for over a year as well as having water damage inside. It has been totally renovated by this brilliant builder! On top of doing lots more than was asked he was helpful, fun to talk to without wasting any time and sensibly priced. We will miss having him around and would totally recommend him!!

  New kitchen and downstairs renovatio

  I had Michael and his team in to do a complete renovation of my downstairs, including a installation of a new kitchen, knocking though a load bearing wall and new fitting new flooring (and underfloor heating) throughout. Michael and his team were great, always on time and good with any communication. The finished job looks great I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to do renovations.
