  Quick fix

  Very responsive to my initial inquiry and agrees to come the next day at 1pm. I chased at 3.30pm and they eventually arrived at 5.30pm. Wasn’t a problem as I was home all day and they were quick to fix my car key - approx 20 mins. Price was as quoted. Would use again, despite the late arrival

  Fantastic service ! £200 . Would recommend to anyone as he’s also a top guy. . I had to leave and a video was sent of key working and left in the glove box as requested! Two hours work too so labour and parts it’s epic value. Thanks again bud

  Excellent service start to finish

  Excellent service from start to finish. The Engineers arrived on time, they were very professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They quickly identified that the issue was with the steering lock and explained everything clearly before carrying out the repair. The job was done efficiently and to a high standard and to the agreed price, they made sure the car was fully working before leaving. Really appreciated how calm and helpful they were throughout what was a stressful situation. Would definitely recommend and would use again without hesitation.

  Provide spare key and program

  Attended on time to complete the task. Unfortunately there was an issue with the transponder in the key. Not their fault and came back to resolve the issue without any hassle. Job fully completed.

  Car fob replacement

  Overall, very happy with the work done. Actioned quickly and tested with me on site. Only slight confusion was the pricing, was quoted one price but then charged a totally different price?! Maybe clearer pricing structure, otherwise would recommend.

  Hello and thanks for taking your time to leave a review on the work provided. Sorry about the confusion on the pricing, I was going to make you a second key for an extra £120 and I called you saying that I was able to repair your original key by soldering the connector and replacing the battery the extra £65 was to repair your key.
