Excellent service from start to finish. The Engineers arrived on time, they were very professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They quickly identified that the issue was with the steering lock and explained everything clearly before carrying out the repair. The job was done efficiently and to a high standard and to the agreed price, they made sure the car was fully working before leaving. Really appreciated how calm and helpful they were throughout what was a stressful situation. Would definitely recommend and would use again without hesitation.

Attended on time to complete the task. Unfortunately there was an issue with the transponder in the key. Not their fault and came back to resolve the issue without any hassle. Job fully completed.

Overall, very happy with the work done. Actioned quickly and tested with me on site. Only slight confusion was the pricing, was quoted one price but then charged a totally different price?! Maybe clearer pricing structure, otherwise would recommend.

Brilliant service. Fast response, very easy to deal with well priced for the work done. They saved me when I had ‘lost’ my car key.
