Marcio Romano made two keys for my two different Lexus models — one of them brand new. He showed up right on time and kept his word about how long it would take. The whole thing was done in about two hours, right in my driveway. Marcio was polite, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Fantastic service — I was really impressed and would absolutely recommend him and his team!

It is seldom that I leave a review, however I feel it completely necessary to do so in this case. Not the best of positions to find yourself in, having locked (my only) key in the boot of a recently acquired car! However, the friendly and professional service provided went some way to making it feel like a win! Arranging this was a doddle and considering the 'distressed purchase' situation, I wasn't made to feel that way and I felt that the fee was more than fair. Car unlocked, key recovered and a second remote key programmed and quickly provided. Highly recommended, thank you 🙏
