  Alaaeddin Mzien replaced the heating element in our old Bosch washing machine. He thoroughly tested the machine and commented on the condition of the bearings, which is important because the bearings are highly uneconomic to replace. The company terms are very reasonable. I found Alaaeddin knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
