Alaaeddin responded promptly to my job request and we then spoke on the phone and I shared some photos so he could see the error message and an appointment was arranged to for 04/01 at 18:00 . Alaaeddin arrived at the requested time . He was polite and courteous and I could see immediately he knew want he was doing and he confirmed the issue and was able to fix the problem and tested the dishwasher . He tidied up on completing the job . I would recommend Alaaeddin for any domestic appliance issues . FIRST CLASS SERVICE .
