Could not recommend enough. Mr A and his team were incredibly professional and efficient with a huge wealth of knowledge about garden landscapes and went above and beyond to deliver a job that far exceeded my expectations.

Quick response via WhatsApp and arrived as agreed. Quickly diagnosed fault and ordered new outlet pump. Fitted few days later and all working well. Great service and good price and compared to Miele fixed price repair excellent value.

The work was done on the same day. Which was desperately needed as we have a 1 year old and a mountain of washing. He was absolutely fantastic at diagnosing the issue, fixing the machine and clearing up after himself incredibly well. As well as resolving the problem he also gave us tips on how to avoid a similar fault in future and recommended another machine when ours came to the end of its life. I could not recommend him highly enough.

Honest, reliable and extremely knowledgeable. Was able to diagnose issues with the washing machine, where others couldn’t. Could have charged me for repairs, but recommended I buy a new machine instead. Will definitely use Electracare Repair in the future and will happily recommend him to friends and family!
