Work was completed within 2 hours of booking. Very pleased with the work carried out, would recommend.

Very good, the don't use subcontractors (so straight to the horses mouth),trustworthy, efficient experience. Jack had the right tracing equipment to find the leak and fixed it even though it was in an awkward place, without damaging new tiles. The price was roughly what he estimated but the fact he managed to use his own initiative, to save us extra hastle and cost retiling was definitely worth it. Also told us before we committed that there was a higher per hour rate change after 9pm but the job was completed well before.

I thought I had already given a review for this job. Suffice to say they turned up within the hour, fixed it within another hour and charged a rate which was very reasonable. All in all very pleased.

They renewed the stopcock and were friendly. What amazed me was they responded to job on Checkatrade within 3 mins and were outside my house within the hour. I was expecting to pay a premium for this rapid service but bill very reasonable.
