  Very good, the don't use subcontractors (so straight to the horses mouth),trustworthy, efficient experience. Jack had the right tracing equipment to find the leak and fixed it even though it was in an awkward place, without damaging new tiles. The price was roughly what he estimated but the fact he managed to use his own initiative, to save us extra hastle and cost retiling was definitely worth it. Also told us before we committed that there was a higher per hour rate change after 9pm but the job was completed well before.

  Very pleasant fellow, easy to talk to. Responded quickly, did the work and voluntarily checked the pipe work around the immediate area at no extra cost. True to quote. Highly recommend.
