Agreed a weekend call out for a toilet problem and 15 mins before they were due to arrive they cancelled. I agreed to reschedule to the following morning and was told by the owner that they confirmed 100% that they would be there. I chased when they were 15 minutes overdue and at 30 minutes then owner stated that the plumber had called in sick. I turned down several other offers based on the commitment that they would turn up. Job location: WS5Nathan was pleasant and professional quickly assessing what needed doing. He phoned his boss for the quote which was excellent. So Nathan went to the nearest Screwfix to get the parts. Once back he completed the job. He called us to check that it was adjusted as needed. Then telephoned the boss who sent a secure Monzo link which worked with my banking app. Cash would have been equally acceptable too. I highly recommend Active Plumbing for anything from a dripping tap to a full bathroom install. They are competitively priced, professional and eficient.10 Bathroom refitted
