Agreed a weekend call out for a toilet problem and 15 mins before they were due to arrive they cancelled. I agreed to reschedule to the following morning and was told by the owner that they confirmed 100% that they would be there. I chased when they were 15 minutes overdue and at 30 minutes then owner stated that the plumber had called in sick. I turned down several other offers based on the commitment that they would turn up. To be fair they have now offered to reduce the call out and try to find someone else but having been let down twice it's too late.
