Approach with caution. Charged £225+VAT for a 40 minute visit with working time around 20 minutes, covering basic silt removal and jetting. A subsequent CCTV survey from water company engineers uncovered root ingress that was limiting our pipe diameter to ~10%, which clearly inhibited flow to the manhole. I've since spoken to independent contractors, who confirmed the significant overcharge for the works undertaken.
