Approach with caution. Charged £225+VAT for a 40 minute visit with working time around 20 minutes, covering basic silt removal and jetting. A subsequent CCTV survey from water company engineers uncovered root ingress that was limiting our pipe diameter to ~10%, which clearly inhibited flow to the manhole. I've since spoken to independent contractors, who confirmed the significant overcharge for the works undertaken. I invited MPH to correct this via a partial refund but they have declined the offer after initially failing to respond to the request.

Work completed quickly, communication great, would use again

Very professional and courteous turned up on time and got straight onto the job. Good information and advice given which was acted on. Job was resolved satisfactory. We would Definitely recommend the company.

I arrived home to find my teenager had blocked the toilet. Called mph at 21.00 on a Saturday night and had an engineer out within an hour. Fantastic response and service. I would definitely recommend
