  Great, efficient service.

  We used Move and More for both their packing service and removals. We were packed up the day before completion and the packers, Clare and her team, were really lovely and friendly. The removal team, led by Adam, were extremely quick and efficient and had everything loaded on the vans in no time at all. A great experience and we would highly recommend the company for anyone who is moving home.

  Amazing service

  From start to finish the team were amazing ,would recommend and definitely use again. It was great to know all my belongings amd valuables were in trusted hands. Thanks guys you took the stress out of it all, what would we have done without you.

  Totally reliable friendly and professional

  From the initial call to them leaving in the lorries with the contents of our home, this company were excellent . The whole experience was stress free for us. Totally professional company. Would highly recommend them.

  Adam contacted us promptly and had a video call with us to assess our needs and him and his wife were very helpful from the very beginning with professional honest advice and quotes. On the day Adam and his team were absolutely amazing and we couldn't wish for any better service. Professional, respectful, friendly, fun, efficient, timely, and just got the job done.   Terrible experience from start to finish.

  Very disappointing service from start to finish. The initial quote seriously underestimated the load, despite assurances that one van would be sufficient. On the day, large items were not prioritised as clearly instructed, resulting in around half of them being left behind. Staff were unprofessional. Items were delivered to the wrong rooms, some arrived dirty/wet, and furniture damaged beyond repair, We were left to arrange costly last-minute help and deal with significant stress. Not recommended.

  Thank you for your feedback. During our initial visit we stated that it was 2 vans but you advised that as you already had keys you would be moving a lot yourselves in advance and to therefore base the quote on one load. You then called to say that you hadn't moved as much as you'd hoped and we offered to provide a 2nd van and quoted accordingly. You said that you could get this done cheaper elsewhere and so we continued with the one van load as agreed. We have a picture of that load showing a van fully loaded (not sure how to upload it!), mattresses and furniture fully protected.
