Very disappointing service from start to finish. The initial quote seriously underestimated the load, despite assurances that one van would be sufficient. On the day, large items were not prioritised as clearly instructed, resulting in around half of them being left behind. Staff were unprofessional. Items were delivered to the wrong rooms, some arrived dirty/wet, and furniture damaged beyond repair, We were left to arrange costly last-minute help and deal with significant stress. Not recommended.

Thank you for your feedback. During our initial visit we stated that it was 2 vans but you advised that as you already had keys you would be moving a lot yourselves in advance and to therefore base the quote on one load. You then called to say that you hadn't moved as much as you'd hoped and we offered to provide a 2nd van and quoted accordingly. You said that you could get this done cheaper elsewhere and so we continued with the one van load as agreed.
We have a picture of that load showing a van fully loaded (not sure how to upload it!), mattresses and furniture fully protected.
