I had a nice man called Craig L. come out to treat my bathroom and living room for mould and to also fit the electricals for an extractor fan (which will be fitted at a later date.) He was very quick and thorough with his job, explained the whole process clearly to me and in general was very friendly and helpful in regards to repair issues I’d been having in the flat. TERRIBLE!!! When they finally turned up after countless excesses as to why they can’t attend the engineer has managed to cause an electrical problem with our shower and now we can’t use it….now we need someone to come back and fix a problem that wasn’t there to start with….well done on your extraordinary level of incompetence!!Verified reviewerJob location: ME1510 Mouldex
