Gaz arrived this morning earlier than expected but was absolutely not a problem in fact most appreciated. Explained who he was ext . Explained the job he was going to be doing clearly . Did a perfect job of fitting new extractor fan in my bathroom . Left the job extremely clean and tidy . Was professional friendly and polite throughout . Danny arrived to give a hand and I recognised him from the previous assessment appointment . Mouldex should be very proud having these young men working for the company . Remembering these are the face of your company and who clients see .
