Jo has helped me with a number of properties that I manage. He has given good advice and carried out a range of work including installing ventilation, treating rising damp and replacing areas of flooring. Joe from Mothline came and carried out a full survey of the house. I originally called him as I knew that I had damp coming in one corner of the lounge but, having carried out his survey, Joe identified 2 other areas where there was also damp and was willing to spend the time explaining everything to me. 10 Damp Proofing

I called Mothline to look at sorting out previous damp proofing done about 8 months ago, which had not worked. Joe was thoroughly professional, obviously knew what he was talking about, and recommended a way forward. The work was commissioned and carried out with the minimum of fuss, on schedule, and to a really good standard - fixing all of the previous issues as well as one of the underlying causes of the damp through the failing damp proof membrane under the concrete floor.
