Joe from Mothline came and carried out a full survey of the house. I originally called him as I knew that I had damp coming in one corner of the lounge but, having carried out his survey, Joe identified 2 other areas where there was also damp and was willing to spend the time explaining everything to me. His report arrived with me speedily and he suggested solutions for solving the problems.

I called Mothline to look at sorting out previous damp proofing done about 8 months ago, which had not worked. Joe was thoroughly professional, obviously knew what he was talking about, and recommended a way forward. The work was commissioned and carried out with the minimum of fuss, on schedule, and to a really good standard - fixing all of the previous issues as well as one of the underlying causes of the damp through the failing damp proof membrane under the concrete floor.
