Moss Master have been looking our roof extremely well over the last few years & this year they offered a new service, cleaning our patios & paths. They have again done a superb job and it looks as good as new. Nathan worked hard all day & was a lovely person to have around. I would like to say a big thankyou to Mossmaster for the amazing transformation to the roof of my three storey house. The result goes beyond five stars!!! Job location: GU9I am very satisfied with the work carried out by the workmen. They removed the moss from the roof, cleaned and repaired the gutters and replaced the broken tiles. They did a marvellous job. The workmen were considerate. They cleaned and tidied up when they finished the day's work every day.10 Roof guttering cleaning

Roof was cleaned by some young kids who made a lot of mess and broke a drain cover without telling me. They were supposed to replace broken tiles and fit missing ones but it's been 3 months now and I'm still waiting. Thank you for your feedback, we really do appreciate it. We employ young men, who have been with us for some time and we do apologise if the clean up did not meet your expectations. With respect to the drain cover, a replacement was ordered via the link you sent, which subsequently did not arrive, so this was sourced via a different company and installed. Our job description specifies that replacement tiles are a chargeable service, however you accepted a roof repair quote and following direct contact with our accredited roofing company, we issued a full refund of the deposit as requested.
