Roof was cleaned by some young kids who made a lot of mess and broke a drain cover without telling me.
They were supposed to replace broken tiles and fit missing ones but it's been 3 months now and I'm still waiting.
The roof is supposed to receive a treatment next year but that's obviously wishful thinking.

Thank you for your feedback, we really do appreciate it. We employ young men, who have been with us for some time and we do apologise if the clean up did not meet your expectations. With respect to the drain cover, a replacement was ordered via the link you sent, which subsequently did not arrive, so this was sourced via a different company and installed. Our job description specifies that replacement tiles are a chargeable service, however you accepted a roof repair quote and following direct contact with our accredited roofing company, we issued a full refund of the deposit as requested.
