  New Loft Hatch

  Terry did his very best to fit a new hatch and telescopic ladder but the space available prevented it, so we just went with the new loft hatch instead. He was excellent throughout and gave very helpful advice on a solution. I would definitely recommend Terry to anyone wanting this sort of work done.

  Professional, polite and no fuss

  Terry came promptly to give us a quote for installing a new ladder and access hatch. He talked us through the options, gave us a good quote and arranged a suitable date for the installation. He kept us informed before and on the date and turned up when he said he would. The work was carried out with the minimum of disruption, any mess was cleared up and made sure we were happy with the work once he had finished. The biggest compliment I can give is that even a couple of weeks later, my wife still hasn't found fault with anything related to the work, so well done and thank you Terry.

  New loft access, boarding and lighting

  Incredibly pleased with the work Terry has carried out. His professionalism and communication has been faultless. The quotation process was easy and there was no hard sell. The work has added much needed storage space to the house, that is easy to access and safe to use. Highly recommended 🙂

  Loft hatch installation

  Needed access to the loft space to assess insulation and quality of waterproof membrane. Terry was first to respond to my request. He was helpful, polite and efficient. The quality of the work was just what we hoped for despite discovering a wasps nest and being stung several times. We were so pleased with his advice and quality of work that we have decided to go ahead with improving the insulation and boarding the loft space - in the autumn when the wasps have gone. A delightful and friendly man who provides an efficient service and high standard of workmanship. Thank you.
