Terry did an excellent job at insulating our loft, fitting a ladder and purpose made hatch. He also wired up three LED striplights so no more groping around with a torch. It wasn't the easiest of tasks as he had to crawl on his hands and knees most of the time, but he tackled it in his stride (if only he could stand up!). Cheerful and confident worker, ultra reliable,. Our neighbour has also used Terry as a result of our recommendation and seeing the van parked outside. You can't miss it!

Terry did his very best to fit a new hatch and telescopic ladder but the space available prevented it, so we just went with the new loft hatch instead. He was excellent throughout and gave very helpful advice on a solution. I would definitely recommend Terry to anyone wanting this sort of work done.

Terry came promptly to give us a quote for installing a new ladder and access hatch. He talked us through the options, gave us a good quote and arranged a suitable date for the installation. He kept us informed before and on the date and turned up when he said he would. The work was carried out with the minimum of disruption, any mess was cleared up and made sure we were happy with the work once he had finished. The biggest compliment I can give is that even a couple of weeks later, my wife still hasn't found fault with anything related to the work, so well done and thank you Terry.
