I requested quotes from a few companies via Checkatrade, More than Loft Ladders provided a quick comprehensive quote, explained the work to be completed and agreed an early date for work to start. On arrival, all areas were covered, old boards were removed and taken away and the new hatch/ladder/light and insulation installed. Dust was vacuumed and the rooms left clean and tidy. I’m very happy with the job and have no hesitation in recommending Terry to others.

Really happy with the work carried out. We had our small loft hatch extended. Communication with Terry was great, he was on time for quote and works. Really friendly guy who carried out the work efficiently and with care. He also cleaned up really well before he left. Really happy with the service and would highly recommend.

Terry did exactly what we needed. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. He did all the work himself and worked solidly to finish it. He left no mess and demonstrated how to access the ladder and use it safely. I would definitely recommend him to others.

From getting the initial quote to having the work done, Terry was excellent. He was very clear in quoting for the work and even came back again to discuss the work further when I had more questions. Absolutely brilliant, Terry was a very pleasant and knowledgeable man , we had a very awkwardly positioned and small hatch so it had to be removed extended and rebuilt, then the ladder fitted along with raising and boarding part of the loft as some was already boarded, all in a day and a half, all left clean and tidy, happy to recommend.
