    I am very happy with the work ,carried out by Chris, re installing a replacement loft ladder - the work was carried out efficiently and the old loft ladder taken away for us . There was absolutely no mess left behind Chris , who fitted the ladder was extremely kind in also installing 2 new fire alarms at no extra cost - a good job very well done Thankyou , Chris

    Very polite professional company.

    Jed arrived on time and quoted me for boarding, loft hatch ,wooden ladders , roof linning and light also moving items in the loft and disposal of rubbish I received the qoute straight away. On day of fitting Jack and Emilio arrived on time respected my property both was very polite and professional and worked very hard, Jed later arrived and helped the lads, once the job was completed Jed explained the operation of everything. From the first phone call to the end of the job everyone was very polite. Fantastic company 100% recommended.

    Great service and good value

    A good experience all the way. Started with a phone call to the national office, who carefully listened to what I needed and asked relevant questions. Next contact was from Lewis locally who arranged to drop in and look at the job. Sorted out a few details and got an on-the-spot quote. Communication from there on was via WhatsApp which was fine for me. A time slot came up before the agreed installation date - even better. The installers turned up on time, efficiently fitted the ladder and demonstrated how to use it. All in all a very simple process from start to finish, no surprises

    Quick to quote, good communication throughout, high quality service and finish and a friendly team. We had our loft boarded (including shelving), light fitted, loft hatch widened and ladder fitted. Would recommend Jed to others.
