A good experience all the way. Started with a phone call to the national office, who carefully listened to what I needed and asked relevant questions. Next contact was from Lewis locally who arranged to drop in and look at the job. Sorted out a few details and got an on-the-spot quote. Communication from there on was via WhatsApp which was fine for me. A time slot came up before the agreed installation date - even better. The installers turned up on time, efficiently fitted the ladder and demonstrated how to use it. All in all a very simple process from start to finish, no surprises

The lads who came were very friendly and professional and the job was done in no time at all, with no mess to clear up afterwards. They showed me how to use the ladder before leaving.
