    Dismantling and unblocking downpipe

    James and Luke have done a variety of jobs for us over the years - ridge tiles, chimney stack, reroofing shed, and they just dismantled and unblocked a main downpipe - they even repainted it! Always a great service, nice guys, very highly recommended.

    Roof repairs

    James and his team did a very good job for us on our roof, repairing and replacing damaged slates and renewing pointing of ridge tiles and chimneys. We were also grateful to James for his advice (along the line of “if this was my roof I would repair it not replace the whole thing”), which saved us a lot of money.

    Full Roof Replacement

    James had done a couple of minor roof repairs for us in recent years, and based on this we were pleased he was able to schedule in the full roof replacement. As well as the main roof, there were two side roofs, the removal of one of the chimneys and some additional cladding and bay window repairs. James kept us informed at all times about when everything would happen (including erection of scaffolding, skip and material delivery etc.). He and his team were efficient and hard working, and we're delighted with the result. Would definitely recommend.

    Top class roof repair and maintenance completed by this firm.

    I was given the details of Moores Property Maintenance by a friend. It was her friend who had work done by them and had been very impressed. The tasks that I wanted done included repointing the chimney, adjusting tiles as necessary and repairing any damage to the roof. I telephoned them and that evening, James attended my house. Using a drone, he quickly and thoroughly inspected my roof. He discussed the work to be done and gave me a price while he was there. They visited soon and completed the work to an very high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm.
