James turned up after I called him after putting a shout out on Facebook. He arrived exactly at the time he said that he would, he had a quick look and told me he could do the job straight away. Within half an hour I'd got several tiles replaced and looking great on my roof again.

We recently had a racked roof tile which resulted in water coming into our lounge during heavy rain. I contacted James, off Moore’s Property Maintenance, and he immediately came to access the problem. The next day he arrived with his team and quickly dealt with the repair. The work was done very proficiently including extra work cleaning out the guttering. We felt we paid a fair price and everything was taken away and left neat and tidy. We were very happy with his work and would highly recommend James.

James has provided us with immediate assistance on multiple occasions, addressing and fixing various problems that arose. His service is reliable and excellent.

James and his team carried out repairs to our leaky roof in May 2025. He was always very quick to respond and kept us in the loop throughout. The work was completed on time and efficiently, including disposal of all waste. Would definitely recommend!

James and Luke have done a variety of jobs for us over the years - ridge tiles, chimney stack, reroofing shed, and they just dismantled and unblocked a main downpipe - they even repainted it! Always a great service, nice guys, very highly recommended.

James and his team did a very good job for us on our roof, repairing and replacing damaged slates and renewing pointing of ridge tiles and chimneys. We were also grateful to James for his advice (along the line of “if this was my roof I would repair it not replace the whole thing”), which saved us a lot of money.
