Absolutely amazing service, came round to get a price for a few broken roof tiles. Fitted and sealed brand new tiles within 15 minutes. Explained the issue with our roof and why they broke/ slipped. When it comes to replacing the roof entirely later down the road, I will be asking him first 100%. Fantastic service!

My grandparents had some cracked tiles on conservatory roof James came out gave them a quote they was happy with the quote and James and the lads did it immediately would highly recommend.

James turned up after I called him after putting a shout out on Facebook. He arrived exactly at the time he said that he would, he had a quick look and told me he could do the job straight away. Within half an hour I'd got several tiles replaced and looking great on my roof again.

We recently had a racked roof tile which resulted in water coming into our lounge during heavy rain. I contacted James, off Moore’s Property Maintenance, and he immediately came to access the problem. The next day he arrived with his team and quickly dealt with the repair. The work was done very proficiently including extra work cleaning out the guttering. We felt we paid a fair price and everything was taken away and left neat and tidy. We were very happy with his work and would highly recommend James.

James has provided us with immediate assistance on multiple occasions, addressing and fixing various problems that arose. His service is reliable and excellent.

James and his team carried out repairs to our leaky roof in May 2025. He was always very quick to respond and kept us in the loop throughout. The work was completed on time and efficiently, including disposal of all waste. Would definitely recommend!
