Disappointed by a previous contractor, I turned to Monty's for a quote on various works for my new property. Impressed by their price, I chose them for a full repaint, floorboard replacement, solid wood flooring installation, new lighting, radiators, and door replacements. Job location: EC2YA washing machine was to be installed; however, the isolation valve was dysfunctional and needed replacing first. So Monty's Builders quickly sourced a replacement part and installed it the same day. Everything works perfectly and the tenants are happy.10 Fixed kitchen unit

Job location: EC2YThey reassembled 2 collapsed self-closing hinges on a kitchen unit, mounted the door, and adjusted it to align perfectly with the adjacent units. They arrived within the time frame we agreed on and were done within the hour. Very efficient.10 Boiler fixed

Job location: SE8I had an issue with the boiler in one of my flats. The tenant had no hot water. Monty's Builders sent an engineer the next day who solved the problem very quickly and left the property clean. They gave both myself and the tenant detailed feedback from the job the same day.10 Electrical fault
