    Replaced isolation valve

    A washing machine was to be installed; however, the isolation valve was dysfunctional and needed replacing first. So Monty's Builders quickly sourced a replacement part and installed it the same day. Everything works perfectly and the tenants are happy.

    Fixed kitchen unit

    They reassembled 2 collapsed self-closing hinges on a kitchen unit, mounted the door, and adjusted it to align perfectly with the adjacent units. They arrived within the time frame we agreed on and were done within the hour. Very efficient.

    Boiler fixed

    I had an issue with the boiler in one of my flats. The tenant had no hot water. Monty's Builders sent an engineer the next day who solved the problem very quickly and left the property clean. They gave both myself and the tenant detailed feedback from the job the same day.

    Electrical fault

    Montys team traced fault to burned neutral to element connection in boiler. Cut back to good wire and reconnected. They tested and left working.
