  Roof repairs / new roof

  We had a roof leak. Joseph came and assessed the issue and set up temporary repairs until he could get freed up for permanent repairs. The repairs were done to a very high standard and he gave a very reasonable quote that he honoured for the project. Definitely would recommend for future jobs.

  Dreadful service

  Had Joseph round for a quote and advice for rendering a small area at the front wall of our house. He quoted £1800 said it would last for a minimum of 5 years. I was concerned about the weather and any damp issues, Joseph said this would not be an issue. He said if it went wrong it would be him putting it right. I went ahead with rendering in a bright white colour. The job was delayed a few days due to rain. I asked Joseph to tidy the edging as it looked a little uneven which he did. Within 2 months there are terrible yellow stains. Joseph is not interested.

  I'm sorry you feel this way but I've had a rep from Johnstones out to meet you and he got back to me saying there's nothing wrong with the installation of the product and it was run Marks off your window sill as I stated when you sent me pictures it hasn't crumbled or neither has it discoloured in any places but there so it's not really down to me if the product gets dirty but out of my good nature I've offered to come and clean it which we've agreed to that.   I contacted Joseph about a long standing issue we had with damp inside our property. Joseph was able to come out and view the job promptly. He was friendly and honest. He was skilled at being able to identify the cause of the damp. We cannot recommend him enough he quickly made arrangements for the work to be carried out and did a superb job.   Render repair on 1930’s Semi

  Joseph was very professional and did a great job on repairing the render on my 1930’s semi. Super job and cleaned up afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.
