Had Joseph round for a quote and advice for rendering a small area at the front wall of our house.
He quoted £1800 said it would last for a minimum of 5 years. I was concerned about the weather and any damp issues, Joseph said this would not be an issue. He said if it went wrong it would be him putting it right.
I went ahead with rendering in a bright white colour.
The job was delayed a few days due to rain.
I asked Joseph to tidy the edging as it looked a little uneven which he did.
Within 2 months there are terrible yellow stains. Joseph is not interested.

I'm sorry you feel this way but I've had a rep from Johnstones out to meet you and he got back to me saying there's nothing wrong with the installation of the product and it was run Marks off your window sill as I stated when you sent me pictures it hasn't crumbled or neither has it discoloured in any places but there so it's not really down to me if the product gets dirty but out of my good nature I've offered to come and clean it which we've agreed to that.
