The company promised a date but kept moving it. When they arrived almost a week later, they didn’t inspect but offered a quote later that day. It has yet to arrive, more than two weeks later. No paperwork given after a 15 year warranty offered, No receipts and rubbish that was supposed to be removed was left. I have now had to take this to the tip myself.
