Rob's quote seemed very fair and there was no pressure to select Modern Roofing. The team worked quietly and efficiently every day and did an excellent job. We are delighted with the results and would heartily recommend them.

The company promised a date but kept moving it. When they arrived almost a week later, they didn’t inspect but offered a quote later that day. It has yet to arrive, more than two weeks later. Despite many calls & messages, still nothing. They’ve let us down.

No paperwork given after a 15 year warranty offered, No receipts and rubbish that was supposed to be removed was left. I have now had to take this to the tip myself. I am still experiencing a leaking roof, I have contacted the company they stated they would return but didn't and now they are not answering.

My 200 year old terraced cottage roof was in a dangerous condition. Rob from Modern Roofing came to the rescue. He promptly gave me all the information I needed and together with his team, installed new roof within days. Rob and his team were all professional, tidy and friendly. They worked extremely closely together to tight deadlines (rain permitting) to ensure house was watertight and safe. It’s an excellent result. I have already recommended this company to friends. I had arranged for Modern Roofing Yorkshire Roofing to come and replace some broken tiles. On the day that they were due to arrive I called them to get an update on their arrival time. Once I had introduced myself they immediately hung up. I tried again and they had switched their phone off - ultimately for @45 mins. I WhatApped them to find out what time they were going to arrive , which they read but did not respond to. So I effectively waited around all afternoon for a Checkatrade tradesman that booked a job and then failed to show. Totally unprofessional and unreliable!!

Fantastic, quick courteous tradesman. Good quality workmanship a true rarity to find. I highly recommend this company.
