  Michael's team were very prompt and able to provide the quickest turnaround on a relatively urgent job. Products recommended appear to be just the ticket and the work was completed on time and within budget. The quote provided for the whole job was the most competitive of the lot, too. Very pleased.

  Amazing job by Modern Flooring team, we originally planned for living room carpet replacement only and decided to include the garage part when speaking with Charlie during the home visit measurement.   Stripped old carpets and fitted laminate flooring in three bedrooms and lounge; and new carpet on the stairs. Charlie and his team has completed the work very professionally and on time. Very happy with the work so far!
