  Prompt, honest, trustworthy and competitively priced.

  The whole job was handled remotely as I live a long way from the property in question. Nevertheless, communications via email and text were rapid, efficient and the work was carried out very quickly. Onsite, after the fact, the work was done well and exactly as requested. Overall an excellent experience - I would unreservedly recommend Modern Flooring.

  We had our entire flat redone with new vinyl plank flooring, and Modern Flooring did an amazing job! The team was so helpful, easy to work with, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish.   Michael's team were very prompt and able to provide the quickest turnaround on a relatively urgent job. Products recommended appear to be just the ticket and the work was completed on time and within budget. The quote provided for the whole job was the most competitive of the lot, too. Very pleased.

  Amazing job by Modern Flooring team, we originally planned for living room carpet replacement only and decided to include the garage part when speaking with Charlie during the home visit measurement.   Carpet and Lino installed to classrooms in a Primary School
