  Prompt, honest, trustworthy and competitively priced.

  The whole job was handled remotely as I live a long way from the property in question. Nevertheless, communications via email and text were rapid, efficient and the work was carried out very quickly. Onsite, after the fact, the work was done well and exactly as requested. Overall an excellent experience - I would unreservedly recommend Modern Flooring.

  removal of old integrated dishwasher, installation of new + shower repair

  The new dishwasher turned out to be millimeters too wide for the space in our kitchen. The chap worked hard to shave our kitchen units a little and squeeze the appliance in, but it took a few hours and was a much bigger job than we initially thought. Shower was quickly repaired after the problem was diagnosed. Very happy with the service - HandyExperts are a diligent and customer satisfaction oriented company. I would recommend them wholeheartedly based on this experience.

  Replacing all carpets with a combination of vinyl floors and a carpet.

  Michael's team were very prompt and able to provide the quickest turnaround on a relatively urgent job. Products recommended appear to be just the ticket and the work was completed on time and within budget. The quote provided for the whole job was the most competitive of the lot, too. Very pleased.
