  Replaced lead on bay window, repaired broken roof tiles, repointed parapet and removed moss

  3rd time we've had the pleasure of booking Mac and his team. They were skilled, honest and reliable as always. When the new lead to the bay window was complete Mac was not happy with a small amount of water pooling on the roof so he redid the whole job again from scratch with no revision to the quote. Clearly he takes great pride in his work and is an honest man. Works quoted for that weren't needed were also removed from the quote. A great price and the quality of the work is evident. The whole team are trustworthy and lovely to have around. We will not use anyone else - Mac for life.

  Mac came to view the problem the day after I contacted him and using drone images, showed us clearly where the problem was. He fixed it in the following couple of weeks. Scaffolding removed fairly promptly.

  A quote was provided which had a good level of detail, explained the issues and was reasonable. Pictures taken and shared as evidence of what was required. This was very helpful. Work was carried out to agreed timescales Mac was happy to liaise with multiple stakeholders. When it was established that further work was required this was explained to us by Mac in a way which was helpful and provided us with options. The work has been completed to a high standard - we would definitely use Mac and his crew again.

  Work carried out professionally and efficiently, and site left cleared up and tidy. The guys on the job were great, respected the property and kept disruption to a minimum despite access being through the house from front to back.
