  An excellent friendly company

  We required a builder as needed a wall removed in our kitchen. They came out and gave us all the information which we required prior to deciding to knock the wall down. They gave us a very reasonable quote and they were given the job. They arrived on time on the scheduled date and worked extremely well knocking down the wall. I found them to be very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and hard working. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for building services and I will use them again. Thank you

  from start to finish with matt the whole process was top notch,a competitive quote,great communication,good clean tidy worker,always updated me on things each day,the work carried out was done to a great standard,and he liased regularly with the building inspector,the job was finished just ahead of the time frame given too and signed off by building inspector on final visit,I won't hesitate to use MLW BUILDING SERVICES in the future,great professional company,many thanks Matt.

  Repair and rebuild of a damaged brick boundary wall.

  Matt was excellent from start to finish. He accepted the job within an hour, came over within two hours to assess and price, and returned the next morning to complete the work. The repair was done to a very high standard, the wall looked as if it had never been damaged. Despite wet weather, he came back later to check and tidy the finish. Polite, professional, and takes real pride in his work. Highly recommended!

  Mark was incredibly efficient with his visit, his quote and his work. His price was really reasonable and his work was high quality. He also cleaned up impeccably. Really impressed and cannot fault MLW and the service provided.
