Matt was excellent from start to finish. He accepted the job within an hour, came over within two hours to assess and price, and returned the next morning to complete the work. The repair was done to a very high standard, the wall looked as if it had never been damaged. Despite wet weather, he came back later to check and tidy the finish. Polite, professional, and takes real pride in his work. Highly recommended!

Mark was incredibly efficient with his visit, his quote and his work. His price was really reasonable and his work was high quality. He also cleaned up impeccably. Really impressed and cannot fault MLW and the service provided.

Matt helped me out under tight time restrictions. He boarded, repaired, and skimmed the whole room ready for my kitchen to be installed. Matt arrived on time, and communicated well throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Another two great jobs done by Matt, extending the guttering so that the rain water goes to the pavement and doesn't sit on my front, also build up and fitted a window all cladded and sealed, to let air flow through to the cellar, really pleased, very professional job as always.

I had Matt from MLW Building services come out on the Monday and due to a cancellation he was able to start work that Wednesday. They turned up exactly at 8am and by midday on Thursday they had removed the Archway and restored the doorway to its original shape. Matt had not told me he was also a skilled plasterer and the repair work was A+ with a better finish than the plasterers we had used in the past. The clean up was done with great care and consideration and all in all I can not recommend them any higher. I have some more work I will be using MLW for in the coming months.

We contacted Matt from MLW to undertake some sagging works after a recent extension from another contractor. Matt's attention to detail is impeccable, just what we were looking for and needed to complete our roof guttering and brickwork repointing. We have no hesitation in recommending Matt and MLW, we just wish Matt had been available for our extension works in first place!
