On contacting ML Solutions I was met with helpfulness (Lisa) I needed help with a 60s/70s G plan house masters chair, Lisa said Mark would turn up at my house on the 3/7/26 on that day Mark turned up sent a text saying he would arrive in ten minutes and he did , Mark cannot be expected to carry every spare part on his van so he told me the best way to fix it and where to get the parts from then walked me through on how to do it .his knowledge and experience and patience was so helpful.l now have a fixed chair.

I live in Basingstoke and needed 2 x broken springs replaced on a sofa. After going on their website I completed the online contact form. Within an hour I had received an email back with a quote for the work and the offer of a technician visit just 5 days later. On the day the courteous, professional technician arrived on time and completed the repair in situ. I am delighted with the quality of the work, and the price. Highly recommended.
