What lovely guys these are, I phoned them and they gave me a very reasonable price straight away, the work was carried out a couple of days later. "Dan" turned up on time, well prepared and completed the job to our satisfaction. He went through the job and price before starting any work to make sure everything was complete transparent, which I think shows they are a company that are honest and trustworthy in their policies and processes. A lovely family to do business with.

The company represented by ML Solutions LTD did not provide me with full information about the upcoming work, except for the unreasonably high cost of work. When I asked about the warranty for this work and what will be done, my question was ignored and I did not get an answer, very disappointed with this attitude towards potential customers.

An absolute gem of a family run business. Excellent communication. Highly professional and respectful from initial quote to completion. Company was very obliging and made appointments to suit my working hours. Repair was conducted in my home where Dan ensured my small lounge was kept clean and tidy from start to finish. He rescued my suite and left me with a double sofa which is better than ‘new’ at a fraction of the cost. Dan applied additional fixtures on the new springs that weren’t there when bought. Truly professional and courteous service. Super advice and future suggestions. Thank you.

Very professional from start to finish. Answered my request for a quote promptly and date arranged for a visit. The member of staff arrived on time was efficient and friendly and quoted and repaired on the spot. Very reasonable price. Would recommend using them again.
