  Decorating living room and bedroom

  Marcin listened carefully to what I wanted and contributed great ideas to help the project look its best. His communication was excellent and he made everything very smooth and easy for me. Him and his team did an amazing job and delivered the project on time and on budget, even though they had to overcome some unexpected issues with previous work done by someone else. The finished result looks amazing. I can’t recommend highly enough!

  Restoration of external woodwork and painting

  I would like to give a personal recommendation for MK Maintenence and Renovations. I live in a conservation area of York and the work had to be carried out in line with conservation constraints. Marcin fully understood what would be required and the materials that would have to be used. Allowance was made for any unforseen work and I was kept fully informed as work progressed. All the work was carried out on time, in budget, and to my full satisfaction. The site was left clean and tidy and all rubbish removed. I would not hesitate to employ Marcin and his firm again. Highly recommended.

  Painted my entire flat. Has done a really good job, exceptionally happy with the job done. Polite throughout, kept my flat tidy and did not have any issues at all. Would definitely recommend and use again.
