Marcin and the team did a fantastic job restoring our 150 year old wooden sash windows that needed a lot of work. All rotten damaged areas were dug out with full repair and even replicating some previously lost decorative mouldings. The care and attention to detail is second to none. If you have an old house that needs highly skilled craftspeople then look no further. Small touches make for a perfect finish - like polishing the furniture of the newly painted/restored front door and taking great care not to damage flowers/plants close to the areas being worked on

MK maintenance & renovation are fantastic! Cannot recommend highly enough. The team are polite, punctual, and hard working. Their work is high quality, neat and they cleaned up after every day. Nice people to have in the house.

I needed quite a lot of repair and painting to the ceiling of my open plan living room/kitchen as well as painting of my bathroom and several doors. Other decorators wanted to board the ceiling but MK Maintenance repaired and painted it as I requested. The lovely guys doing the repairs and painting, arrived on time every day and worked extremely hard. They listened to what I wanted and have transformed the rooms which needed work. My flat now looks so much better.
