10 Rescuing us after we got locked out of our house

Tim was amazing. We called him late evening on a Saturday night and he gave us a realistic time that he could be with us, and kept us updated while we waited. He advised us before carrying out the work so we could make an informed choice about what to do and was clearly knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. We felt in very safe hands and we really appreciated all that he did for us that evening. Tim was great, came exactly when he said, explained what needed to be done. Very knowledgeable and quickly understood the issue and fixed it. Wish we had called him ages ago, now the door works good as new! Really happy with his work and lovely person to meet. Highly recommend.
