Tim was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. He fit in 3 new locks for my UPVC doors - but what I found most impressive was the 'service' he completed on all the doors. They now shut perfectly, no stiffness/resistance at all. I had a different locksmith who came out 1 year ago, due to a broken lock, and he told me that the stiffness was due to the doors being old and I'd likely need to either replace the full internal mechanisms within them or buy new doors to fix this... Will be using Tim moving forward!

Key failed on my old wall safe over ten years ago could not open safe Within fifteen minutes Tim had opened the safe. He was very polite,friendly, and professional. Would recommend to any of my friends thank you

Tim was amazing. We called him late evening on a Saturday night and he gave us a realistic time that he could be with us, and kept us updated while we waited. He advised us before carrying out the work so we could make an informed choice about what to do and was clearly knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. We felt in very safe hands and we really appreciated all that he did for us that evening. He really went above and beyond and we have now changed our door locking habits, after his advice.

10/10 would recommend, on time and had great communication. Very quick and so friendly, he explained everything and even gave extra advice on the door.
