James from MJP Electrical Services did a fantastic job with two electrical tasks for me. He was able to fix a faulty ceiling light and replace a double wall socket in a single visit, exactly as I had requested. From start to finish, the communication was excellent. It was easy to get in touch by phone, and they had good availability for the job. James was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He was polite and left the work area incredibly tidy. I'm very happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

They did a great job but I was a bit disappointed that the kitchen light didn’t switch on after they’d left. So I had to call them back to sort that out. Otherwise excellent service.
