Fast to respond and accept the job, we were in a small emergency as the pipe that had broken was in our bath/shower. he asked for a couple of pictures and then was able to quote us a price and accept the job. Extremely responsive and friendly communication, both via the app, text and in person. There was no faff or messing around so will definitely use again!
