  Front of house rendering

  Mark did a fantastic job removing the old tiles and rendering the front of my house. From the start, he was professional, punctual, and very tidy throughout the process. The quality of the rendering is excellent – smooth finish and looks great. He kept me updated at every stage, worked efficiently, and clearly takes pride in what he does. Ive already had compliments from neighbours! Would definitely recommend Mark for any exterior work.

  Top Quality, Trustworthy, and Always a Great Job

  We’ve used Mark at MJL Plastering and Building Services across two house renovations now, and he’s always been brilliant. Most recently, he plastered two rooms in our current home, and the finish is spot on—as always. Mark is reliable, friendly, and clearly takes great pride in his work. We’ll definitely be using him again for the rest of the rooms in the house, as well as some external projects we have planned. Highly recommended!

  External rendering repair and paint of house

  I recently used Mark to repair the rendering and repaint my house, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. After shopping around, I found him to be affordable and reliable throughout the workday. He was also very low maintenance while working, which made the entire experience stress-free.   Bedroom walls plastering and ceiling overboard

  We required our spare bedroom ceiling to be overboarded and solid/lathe and plaster walls repaired and skimmed. The work was completed to a very high standard with a nice smooth finish. After works were completed the room was left clean and tidy. A very friendly and approachable service, highly recommended all round.

  Mark arrived on time for making the estimate and on both days for the work. The quality of work was exceptional. He is always very diligent and willing to carry out extra work if required. He is very tidy, reliable, honest and polite. Would recommend him without reservation.
