I hired this company to install flue hatches at my property, however a later gas safety check failed as they were incorrectly sized. When I contacted the installer, I was told the issue would only be fixed if I paid again, despite the installation being non-compliant. While the initial work was completed, it is unreasonable to charge again to correct an incorrect installation. Disappointing aftercare and customer service. Would not recommend.

Joe was so helpful from quotation to carry out the work he keeps us updated throughout the whole process He’s workmanship is excellent and is such a skilled carpenter that my daughters new bespoke bed looks amazing and so pleased with it He even replaced a spindle in my banister free of charge Can’t recommend Joe enough and will use him again soon

Joe has done a brilliant job cladding the interior of our summerhouse with tongue and groove cladding. Joe is very skilled and has finished the job to a high standard, the summerhouse has been transformed into a useful space we can enjoy.

Joe was very friendly and communicated with me well, even when his plans had to change slightly and he had to send someone else to complete the job. very friendly and efficient job, all looks good.

The guys did a fantastic job fixing our creaky staircase and bedroom floorboards. They worked very hard and the results are great. Would Recommend.”
